ENVIROCARE ASSOCIATES, INC. (established 1993) is a professional environmental company specializing in providing comprehensive Phase I and II environmental site assessments, Asbestos and Mold Inspection/Management and other environmental consulting services, to banks, commercial lenders, financial institutions, insurance companies, attorneys, hotel and motel owners prior to real estate transactions. The Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment are performed according to ASTM and guidelines established by financial institutions.
ENVIROCARE ASSOCIATES, INC. is familiar with all major U.S. environmental regulations through audit work and inspection of a wide range of properties and facilities. We are available to work within United States and internationally to meet the clients needs. We provide environmental audit and site assessment services to a single facility or as part of a company-wide program.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES
 PHASE I & II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT
Site visit, review of previous ownership, zoning, flood, and topographic maps, aerial photographs, Sanborn maps, historical information, city & state records and regulatory records. Phase II ESA comprises of soils/groundwater testing.
HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT
We provide waste management services like proper handling, manifest & disposal. Improper waste management can cause contamination in surface and/or groundwater.
GAS STATION & DRY CLEANER COMPLIANCE AUDITS
We inspect compliance documents and test results.
LIMITED ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT
We perform site visit, transaction screen process, and regulatory records reviews.
MOLD INSPECTION
We perform survey & management.
ASBESTOS INSPECTION/MANAGEMENT
We perform a limited asbestos survey, comprehensive asbestos survey, and an operation & maintenance program (O&M) plan.
ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION
From start to finish our work involves, initial assessment, notification, complete abatement process and disposal. We provide on-time and economical solutions for asbestos abatement projects.

Mr. Rajani serves as President of ENVIROCARE ASSOCIATES, INC. Corporate responsibilities include strategic planning, marketing and business development, project manager for environmental projects. Mr. Rajani has over twenty-five (25) years experience directly managing environmental engineering projects throughout the United States. Kalpana A. Rajani
Executive Vice President
Mrs. Rajani serves as Executive Vice President of ENVIROCARE ASSOCIATES, INC. Corporate responsibilities include financial management, purchasing, contracting, coordinating and scheduling projects. Mrs. Rajani has over twenty (25) years experience as an Account Manager. Previously, Mrs. Rajani was a Controller for North American Van Lines, managing day to day responsibility for directing a staff of ten, responsible for all general accounting functions, payroll, general ledger, financial statement preparation, taxes, W-2, 1099, credit and collections in an automated environment. Personally responsible for computer operations, modifying, enhancing and updating the system as required.
Kahkashan Mughal
Project Manager
Ms. Mughal serves as Project Coordinator of ENVIROCARE ASSOCIATES, INC. Corporate responsibilities include client contacts, marketing, presentation, trade shows, proposal preparation, project scheduling, site inspections, coordinating with vendors, report preparation and computer operation for technical drawings/site layouts. Ms. Mughal has over fifteen (15) years experience conducting environmental consulting services throughout the United States.
