Mr. Atul H. Rajani serves as President of ENVIROCARE ASSOCIATES, INC. Corporate responsibilities include strategic planning, marketing and business development, project manager for environmental projects. Mr. Rajani has over eighteen (18) years experience directly managing environmental engineering projects throughout the United States. Mr. Rajani has performed numerous Phase I ESAs, Asbestos Inspections, Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies.

EDUCATION

Ms. Mughal serves as Project Manager of ENVIROCARE ASSOCIATES, INC. Corporate responsibilities include client contacts, marketing, presentation, trade shows, proposal preparation, project scheduling, site inspections, coordinating with vendors, report preparation and computer operation for technical drawings/site layouts.

Mrs. Rajani serves as Executive Vice President of ENVIROCARE ASSOCIATES, INC. Corporate responsibilities include financial management, purchasing, contracting, coordinating and scheduling projects. Mrs. Rajani has over twenty-five (25) years experience as an Account Manager. Previously, Mrs. Rajani was a controller of North American Van Lines, managing day to day responsibility for directing a staff of ten, responsible for all general accounting functions, payroll, general ledger, financial statement preparation, taxes, W-2, 1099, credit and collections in an automated environment.
